Q/C is based on our ISO 9001 Registered Program..  
 

All Q/C procedures are integrally tied to this program.  
  

Q/C starts at incoming material inspection,to finished goods and shipping of the product.  
 

We currently achieve a “100 DPM defect rate”.  
 

Our target-Zero Defects.  
 

In addition to normal incoming and standard production line Q/C,we add Temperature Rise Testing to further the final quality,and to eliminate infant mortality due to potential marginal parts.
